To ensure that ARMS provides its customers with the Quality Standard expected, we employ the following 4 Point strategy on a company-wide basis.

Our Quality Management system ensures ARMS continues to provide safe and reliable products for Aviation, Space, and Defense. We believe the ARMS Quality Management system is the responsibility of all ARMS employees.
Experienced Shop.
We employ a workforce with skills that ensure we meet the needs and the complex requirements of our customers. Our workforce is cross trained to match our Machining Capabilities of: CNC Lathes (2 and 3 Axis), CNC Mills (3, 4, and 5 Axis), CNC Multi-Axis Mill Turn Machine, Vertical and Horizontal Honing.

Quality Capabilities
Our Inspection Team has the means to ensure product expectations are met. Capabilities include:
• Extensive layout inspection experience
• Full inspection room with dedicated gaging
• 3 CMMs (2 DCC Hexagon, 1 Manual)
• Sylvac Shaft Scanner
• Fine tipped Mitutoyo profilometer.

Our Quality Check Process

Zero accepted failures. Any non-conformance found will result in 100% lot inspection.
